CAA JapanSparkle Sweepers provides residential and office cleaning services focused on move-in and move-out cleaning, empty-property deep cleaning, and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning. The exact scope is confirmed after review of the property condition and the agreed handover time, and services are provided only within the Osaka City metropolitan area.
WIPOQuoted charges are based on the confirmed scope and condition of the property, and a final price is not fixed until that review is complete. Where a deposit is requested, the amount and payment terms will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation, and accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash on site.
Bookings are arranged by inquiry, property review, scope confirmation, quote, and access confirmation before the cleaning visit. Service dates and access arrangements are subject to availability, and the property must be empty for the agreed move cleaning project unless Sparkle Sweepers confirms otherwise in writing.
